RosterlyPrivate beta

Every creator here asked to be found.

Rosterly is a creator directory for brands and agencies, built only from creators who opted in and records you already have the right to use. Search by niche, city, platform and audience, shortlist, run campaigns, and draft outreach with the #ad reminder and an opt-out built in.

Are you a creator? Join the roster for free, and leave it whenever you like.

Where Rosterly is today

  • The directory is new. Right now it holds sample profiles, each marked “Synthetic sample — not a real person”, so you can try search, shortlists and campaigns. Real creator opt-ins are being reviewed and appear as they are approved.
  • Outreach is drafted and approved, not sent. Rosterly does not send messages yet. An approved draft is marked “approved, not sent”, and you send it from your own email.
  • Drafts come from a fixed template. No AI model writes them, so nothing about a creator is guessed or invented.
  • The beta is free. Paid plans are not on sale. Prices will be announced at launch.

How it works for brands

  1. Search

Filter by niche, city, country, language, platform, follower range and engagement, or show verified numbers only. Every result shows its source and the date of its numbers.

  2. Shortlist

Save creators to named shortlists that your whole team can see and edit.

  3. Run the campaign

Move a shortlist into a campaign and track each creator through shortlisted, contacted, responded, negotiating, booked or declined, with private notes and a history of every move.

  4. Approve outreach

Draft a message for any creator who allows contact. Edit it, approve it, copy it into your own email, then log the reply. Creators who haven't agreed to contact can't be drafted for.

Already work with creators? Import your own list as a CSV, up to 1,000 rows at a time. It stays private to your workspace, and you confirm you have the right to use it.

Subject: Collaboration enquiry: Ramadan menu × Noor

Approved, not sent

Hi Noor,

I'm Sam from Example Bakery. We came across your profile on instagram (@noor.cooks.example) and think you could be a great fit for our campaign "Ramadan menu".

In short: Two short videos trying our new iftar boxes, filmed at home.

If you're interested, just reply and we'll share the full brief, timeline and proposed fee. There's no obligation.

Disclosure reminder: any paid or gifted content must be clearly labelled as advertising (for example #ad or the platform's "Paid partnership" label), following the advertising rules where you and your audience are based.

Don't want to hear from Example Bakery? Reply "STOP" and we won't contact you again. You can also remove your profile from our creator directory at any time: /p/creator/opt-out

Best,

Sam · Example Bakery

A real draft from Rosterly's template, with example names. The two highlighted lines can be reworded but not removed: approval is refused without the advertising reminder and the opt-out link.

Every profile says where it came from

A creator directory is only as good as its sources. Rosterly puts the source on the profile itself, in the same place you read the numbers, so you never have to wonder whether someone agreed to be here.

Opted in

The creator filled in the Rosterly form, confirmed they are 18 or over and agreed to be listed. We review each profile before it appears.

Your import

Records your team uploaded and confirmed it has the right to use. Only your workspace can see them.

Sample

Fictional profiles for trying the product, labelled as not real people. They will stay labelled as long as they are listed.

Numbers carry their own label
Self-reported, estimate, sample or verified. Nothing is labelled verified unless it has been checked.
Freshness is on the card
Each profile shows the date its numbers are from. Anything older than 180 days is flagged stale.
Contact is a separate yes
Being listed isn't permission to pitch. Creators choose whether brands may contact them, and without that yes no draft can be made.

Are you a creator? Join the roster.

  • Free, and on your terms. Add your niches, city, languages and handles. You decide separately whether brands may contact you about paid work.
  • Reviewed before it appears. Your profile goes live only after a review, and the numbers you enter are shown to brands as self-reported, with their date.
  • Every pitch carries an exit. Messages drafted in Rosterly include a reminder to label paid content #ad and a link to remove yourself.
  • Leave any time. The opt-out page removes your listing and marks you do-not-contact. Self-serve editing isn't ready yet; until it is, you can remove your profile and list it again with new details.

Questions

Where does creator data come from?

From three places, and every profile says which. Creators who joined themselves through the Rosterly form. Records your own team imports and confirms it has the right to use, which only your workspace can see. And fictional sample profiles, labelled “Synthetic sample — not a real person”, so you can try the product before real opt-ins are approved.

Do you scrape social networks?

No. Rosterly does not scrape Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other site, and does not buy lists. Anyone importing records has to confirm they hold the rights to them and that they were not scraped.

Are the creators in the directory real?

Not yet. Today the directory holds clearly labelled sample profiles. Creators who have opted in are being reviewed, and their profiles appear once approved. The four cards at the top of this page are illustrations, not people.

Does Rosterly email creators for me?

No. Rosterly drafts the message and records your approval, then marks it “approved, not sent”. You copy it and send it from your own email, and can log the reply against the campaign afterwards.

Can I trust the follower numbers?

Trust them as far as their label says. Numbers from creators are marked self-reported, numbers from imports are marked estimates, and each profile shows the date they are from. Nothing is labelled verified unless it has been checked, and numbers older than 180 days are flagged stale.

How does a creator get removed?

On the opt-out page, with their email and one handle. A matching listing is taken out of the directory and marked do-not-contact. If a brand holds its own private copy, contact is paused and the brand is told an opt-out was requested.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta, and no card is needed. Prices will be announced before launch, before anything is charged.
